In physics, energy is one of the basic quantitative properties describing a physical system or object’s state. Energy can be transformed (converted) among a number of forms that may each manifest and be measurable in differing ways. The law of conservation of energy states that the (total) energy of a system can increase or decrease only by transferring it in or out of the system. The total energy of a system can be calculated by simple addition when it is composed of multiple non-interacting parts or has multiple distinct forms of energy. Common energy forms include the kinetic energy of a moving object, the radiant energy carried by light and other electromagnetic radiation, and various types of potential energy such as gravitational and elastic. Energy is measured in SI units of joules (J). Common types of energy transfer and transformation include processes such as heating a material, performing mechanical work on an object, generating or making use of electric energy, and many chemical reactions.

Dragon Ball: Plan to Eradicate the Super Saiyans was the first Dragon Ball Z original video animation (OVA). It was originally released on home video cassettes in Japan on August 6, 1993, between episodes 195 and 196, as an Official Visual Guides to the Famicom game Dragon Ball Z Gaiden: Saiyajin Zetsumetsu Keikaku. The OVA has since been re-released on DVD in Japan as an extra feature of the Dragon Box collection in 2003.

CARTOON: Naruto Shippuden – Bonds
Naruto Shippuden the Movie: Bonds (劇場版 NARUTO−ナルト− 疾風伝 絆 Gekijōban Naruto Shippūden: Kizuna) is the fifth overall Naruto film, and is the second Naruto: Shippūden film. It was released on August 2, 2008. The movie was announced in Weekly Shōnen Jump along with the DVD release date for the first Shippuden movie. Additionally, the teaser trailer for the second movie was aired with Naruto: Shippuden episode(s) 40–41, and again with episode 66–67. In episodes 70–73 the opening sequence was replaced with footage from the movie. The English dub version of the movie was released on DVD and Blu-ray on October 25, 2011 in America. The official theme song for this film in English is “Rain” by Madonna.
